Terms Of Service
This TOS policy is public and should be read before commissioning us, if you have not read it fully and continue to commission us you are still under any circumstance under this policy if any payment was sent.
This TOS is legally binding and may be subject to change.
Allergy Warning:
We have 1 dog, 1 cat, and 2 ferrets, if you are extremely allergic to pet hair, keep this in mind
Quotes and Prices:
Quotes are done by directly messaging me or emailing me at fuzzworksfursuits@gmail.com. Please remember to attach an image of your characters reference sheet. I will not accept NSFW references, please keep that in mind. Add a simple brief description of the character, by that I mean emotional faces, style of desired costume, tooney, mean etc. Please remember to consider currency conversions when paying as well.
Concept Art:
Concept art is required when getting a quote. Please no NFSW. It should have 2-3 different views of the character you are wanting to get a costume of, or at least show most of the markings to where we can understand the design. We are not responsible for any markings that may have been missed that were not present clearly on the concept art.
Concept Alterations
Customers may get a re-quote if the concept/design of their character has changed. Contact us about any last minute changes to a design/concept, as smaller changes may not affect the time of completion or price. Anything that requires new needed materials will affect the price or time of completion.
Payment:
Paypal is the preferred payment method, but money orders and a cashier's check will work as well. Cash is accepted at conventions and in person. Email me for cash orders and we can discuss it. We are not responsible for money that is lost in the mail. A 35% nonrefundable downpayment of the full price is required.. Payment plans can be discussed.
Refund Policy:
0% complete - 65% refund
25% complete - 45% refund
50% complete - 20% refund
75% complete - no refund
100% complete - no refund
Upon commissioning, if you are not financially ready or are not happy with how the suit is coming out, you are entitled to be refunded ONLY if the suit is under 50% completed. Above explains how much you may be refunded depending on how much of the suit has been completed. This does not include the 35% non-refundable downpayment in which we use to buy materials. Please be sure that you are financially ready to commission us. We have the right to terminate your commission at any time for any reason. You will be refunded with the estimated value of the work that was not completed based upon the percent system above, and any work that has been started and or completed will be altered and sold as a premade commission via Furbuy.com. If any harassment or aggression occurs via any source of communication from the customer they will get a single warning to stop, if it continues and proof is relevant and will be used against them to immediately terminate the commission with a zero chance of refund and the project will be sold via auction in its current condition.
Shipping:
Shipping is not included with quotes. An address will be needed to determine shipping costs. We ship worldwide, shipping may be costly in places outside of the U.S. A tracking number is included with shipping. Shipping must be paid before the suit is sent out and will not be sent until shipping is paid.
Deadline:
At this time we do not offer deadlines, and estimated completion dates are not guaranteed. We will not rush to finish a costume and risk any quality and looks to the costume.We determine the order of suits depending on when customers finish paying. Because of this, suits may still move around on our queue. If you want a specific convention deadline we can discuss it over email and depending on the desired completion date we will charge a fee.
Work-In-Progress Pictures:
The customer can be provided with WIP shots of their suit while it is being made. These can be sent via email or via text if the customer would like to swap numbers. We will upload at our expense where we see fit.
